Body contouring with this treatment can be performed on most body areas such as: stomach, hips, back, thighs, arms, chin and eyes. The results are long-lasting and cost-effective.
So, what is Ultrasound Cavitation?
Ultrasound Cavitation is a low-level frequency that creates shock waves within the body damaging the think membrane of our fat cells. Once the fat cells have been broken down the body disposes of these cells into glycerol and fatty acids. The water-soluble glycerol travels into our circulatory system and is used as energy, whilst the fatty acids are excreted from the body.
What is Radio Frequency?
Radio Frequency induces heat within the skin, causing an increase in micro circulation and drainage, reducing excess fat. As the Radio Frequency treatment heats up, the collagen fibres shorten and contract, and collagen and elastin are produced, resulting in tighter, more toned and defined looking skin.
A course of treatment is recommended to achieve maximum results, reduced inches and a more sculpted appearance, however, single sessions can be effective for those who need a little support for a special occasion.
The treatment is pain free, non-invasive and takes approximately 60 mins per session.
Areas that can be treated include:
Upper Arms – the loose skin on the upper arms commonly known as ‘bingo wings’
Male Breast Tissue – ‘man boobs’
Abdomen – tummy area or ‘mummy pouch’
Hips – ‘muffin tops’
Thighs – both inner and outer thighs
Buttocks – an amazing treatment to gain ‘that’ butt lift
Knees – great for the inner knee and top of knee

- Drink 2 – 3 litres of water daily, keep a large bottle with you at all times and infuse with lemons and limes for flavour. This will flush out the crystallised lipids (dead fat cells) out of your body through the lymphatic system.
- Follow a healthy diet plan, reduce your intake of alcohol and carbohydrates.
- Reduce your intake of caffeine to no more than 1/2 cups a day.
- Plan a 20min walk after treatment to help stimulate lymphatic drainage (the body’s process of the removal of fat).
- Regular body brushing at home, this is a great way to stimulate the lymphatic system to naturally eliminate the fat cells.
- Avoid hot baths or showers, steam or heat treatments for 24 hours.
- Avoid alcohol for 48 – 72 hours.
